Impact of the electric shock on the embryonic development and physiological traits in chicks embryo

The objective of this study was to investigate the impact stimulating embryo during dormancy in incubation period. 450 eggs (Ross 308) were allocated four treatments each with three replicates. as follows: T1 control (without shock), T2 Shocked (40) Millivolts (mV), T3 (50) T4 (75) (mV). A different voltage device used shock egg, after marking a line iron filings ensure electrical conductivity, shocked at times day. results showed that percentage embryonic weight increased significantly and albumin decreased shells for experimental seven days compared treatment. significant increase amniotic sac liquid decrease yolk treatment 14 17 Significant neurophysiological traits neurons, brain T2, especially concluded stimulation had positive effect on embryo.
